After 53 years as Chairman and Managing Director of the John Kontek Real Estate network, and having enjoyed the challenge of providing quality and dedicated service to his customers, Mr. Kontek has franchised his offices.

Mr. Kontek opened his first office in Hampshire Road Sunshine in 1953 and his network grew to 27 offices in the 1990’s covering the north, west and country areas.

With the offices now franchised, his excellence and service continues under the John Kontek Franchise banner and with a wealth of experience to pass on, vendors and purchasers can be assured of quality and dedicated service from all the franchised offices.
